Walk-in Orthopedic Urgent Care - Missoula Bone & Joint

I'm 75, have lived a rough & tumble life, but know where to go as a result of a knee replacement here in 2005. Complete SUCCESS & Zero problems though I've remained quite active. Today was first use of the URGENT CARE after a bad fall. An incredibly smoothe operation, from intake, exam, Xrays, to results with no significant injury. Received full information with every step and left with a great sense of relief and exercises to strengthen strained areas. The facility & staff are truly incredible. Ive never seen anything like it in the medical realm. As I told a neighbor after my visit, I feel very lucky to have easy access to such quality care. Thank you, to all. J.W. Allendorf

This is such a great service. Knowing I had an orthopedic issue, I got to be seen quickly without waiting for a doctor’s appointment and avoiding regular urgent care where I’d probably also walk out with the flu. Quick care. I really appreciated how fast I got x rays and that Dr Doug reviewed them on the spot with me. Thank you for the great care!

A little longer wait than what I was hoping for but the staff was supportive, kind, and PA. Patrick was so patient and knowledgeable as were the xray techs and all others who waited on me. I highly recommend the urgent care facility. I left with information about my condition and steps to take to start lessoning the pain. Thank you Urgent Caregivers!

Went to the urgent care. Check in was quick. The computer still had all my info from a few years ago. Had to wait less than 10 minutes. Each step in the process as I moved from the assistant to the PA to the Xray to the PT person all moved quickly. Had opportunities to ask questions and they all gave answers where they could. Overall, pretty good medical office experience.

Went to the walk-in urgent care clinic. Immediate service for checking in, short wait even though there were 4 others ahead of me, and got X-rays right there, which is good because I could hardly walk on a boggled knee. Once I got into the exam room, everything went like clockwork. Professional service in going over my x-rays within maybe two minutes of me getting back to the exam room. My options were explained, and I was out of there in less than an hour. Highly impressed.
