Walk-In Medical Clinic

I had a great experience at this clinic. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The provider truly took the time to care for me and showed genuine concern for my health, which I really appreciated. The location is also super convenient, which made the visit even easier. I highly recommend this clinic – awesome care all around!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this walk-in clinic. Their posted hours are misleading. I called ahead to confirm that they were accepting walk-ins and informed them I’d be arriving shortly. Despite getting there within 10 minutes, I found the doors locked and nobody responded to my calls after I waited outside for several minutes. It felt like a complete waste of time, especially since I went out of my way to confirm availability beforehand. It’s frustrating and unprofessional for a healthcare provider to turn away patients in need, particularly when they give no notice of being closed or on break. I wouldn’t rely on this place, you’re better off going to a CVS minute clinic than here

I cannot comment on the service of this clinic, for I wasn’t grant an opportunity to experience the clinic’s holistically. However, I can comment that this clinic is dishonest to their hours of operation. I spoken with some of the residents that are on the upper levels, and they too said to me that “this clinic don’t open at 10am as their supposedly claimed.” I hope that this clinic will be true or stay true to their hours of operation for there are individuals such as I, who needed helps and wasn’t given the help. I recommend CVS- minutes clinic.

I visited this clinic over the summer. I’m a grad student and did not have health insurance at the time. I had just moved to Minneapolis and I knew I needed an antibiotic for a really bad ear and eye infection. I tried 2 other clinics but they wouldn’t take a walk in. I am so glad I tried this place. The doctor was kind and compassionate. He took extra time with me to make sure I could fill my prescription at an affordable price. Very grateful!

I had to take my mother in who was visiting from out of town. Both the nurse and doctor did a wonderful job with what she came in for but also taking care to advise my mom on an underlying condition that may be the cause of more problems. I feel because of their willingness to go the extra mile that they very well have saved my mother future health problems. This was way better than going into an emergency room and waiting hours to be seen. Great job and thank you!
