Walk-in Dermatology - Nanuet

Dr B and Lexi (Alexa) were amazing. I was in alot of pain from an overnight ER stay, I hadn’t slept and I had some type of bump in my back. They listened, took a biopsy, got me water and chips and let me sit for a bit to get myself together before I picked up my daughter. The care they gave me was much more than a dermatology group. They were so kind and professional. I appreciate them so much and highly recommend.

I was happy to find an urgent care dermatology clinic in the area...However, not a good experience. Brought my daughter there, who has been having a few issues. Perhaps they were related, perhaps not. When the MA brought us into the room, she was abrasive and had zero customer service skills. She seemed very frustrated with her job or with people in general. When I brought up the issues, she pointed to the wall a few times aggressively saying that there is a "policy" that as a walk in, we could only bring one thing to their attention, not multiple issues and that policies are "above her pay grade by 50 or 100k". So why did I just pay a $30 copay to walk out of there without a comprehensive visit? Definitely a very angry person who should not be working with a vulnerable population. The PA

Our experience was wonderful. Everyone was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We visited with our 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son, and we were made to feel very welcome. We were seen quickly, and everyone there was awesome with our kids. We're so happy to have found this place! Our family will be returning, and we highly recommend them.

I was able to make an appt on line. I went in suffering from a terrible reaction to a new med. The office was quiet and clean. Staff was courteous and professional. If I hadn’t gone there I would have had to wait 2 weeks before seeing a Dr my primary care physician was sending me to. Thank you

I called the office two days in a row to make an appointment and ask questions. The office staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Upon arrival today, I had the same experience with the front desk. The nurse who brought us into the exam room and did the preliminary questions was also pleasant. Then, the PA came in. Her name was Betty. It was the quickest visit I have had at a doc appt. I also couldn't get a word in. My questions were answered before I could even fully expesss my concerns and questions . She spoke so quickly, I felt very rushed. There was no one behind me in the waiting room so I am not sure why this appt was so inappropriately rushed. She was almost robotic.
