He is so skillful and completed our daughter’s extractions quickly but with great care so as to minimize her apprehension. His staff was welcoming and provided excellent care. I was nervous about the dental implant process at first but after Dr Simpson explained the steps involved and gave me options, I felt confident that going ahead with the implants was the way to go. Dr Simpson has excellent medical assistants who are pleasant, competent and professional. His office staff is very efficient and discussed the costs upfront and worked with my insurance so there were no surprises, which I appreciate. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Dr. Brian Simpson’s office, from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the entire support staff, especially Dr. Simpson himself. Having experienced "childhood dental trauma," I communicated my concerns to the doctor and anyone else who would listen prior to my wisdom tooth extraction last week. Throughout the procedure, I was made to feel as comfortable as possible - with the use of nitrous oxide and novocaine. I returned today for a follow-up appointment, where I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease.
