AFC Urgent Care Nanuet

Quick and easy sign up for appointment and not too long of a wait at all. For example, signed up for 9:30am appointment at home and uploaded all documents online before driving over, checked in at 9:26am (took less than 5 minutes) with two people ahead of me in the waiting room area, called in at about 9:45am (vitals checked and some medical questions/information confirmed), seen by doctor by 9:50am and was done before 10am. Everyone (front desk and medical staff) seemed knowledgeable, was professional and came across friendly. Great first experience.

Great service, no wait time. I had a 12:00 pm appointment, I was back home at 12:30 pm. Took less than 1/2 hour. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. asked questions, diagnosed quickly and explained scripts he prescribed. Highly recommend!

Received excellent service for my requested medical need. Susan has performed needed medical procedure for me perfectly. She is one of the best medical professionals that we have ever met.

I typically don’t like going to the doctor and this is why… 1. I walk in and the person at registration just points to a QR code to register… no hello … sitting behind a plastic window without even looking up 2. Wait time - 1 hour 15 min 3. Provider enters the room - is provider a doctor, NP, please explain… and great I can’t understand anything she is saying between the accent and mask 4. Provider tells me my rapid COVID and FLU test is negative but then asks if she can run more tests to be certain… I mean can you check me or something first… 5. Finally… of course… I’m told it looks like viral and just needs to run its course, there’s nothing to do but continue taking over the counter.. Muccinex smh …. Yea that’s what Google told me all week so not sure why I came to the doctor.

NP Janet Regan Livingston of American Family Urgent Care Nanuet was amazing !! I was so reluctant to seek care and chose this urgent care . Online scheduled from house arrived 930 am for 10:10 am appt and waited not too bad about 30 min but it was all worth it. Highly recommended her . She was so comforting and knowledgeable and I trusted her . She made me feel so good.
