Pharmacy: 5/5 I have not had a problem with their pharmacy. I only interacted with them once and they went above and beyond helping me out by giving me my flu shot when the clinic was down for the day several years ago. Clinic: Which Shutdown, Very inconsistent and terrible. I once waited 2 hours because they skipped me and did not realize it. I only got a verbal apology and no compensation for the time I wasted sitting in line when I was the first person there. It made me realize going to my regular doctor is a much better and smoother process than the minute clinics. Store in general, I never purchased anything from the store. That being said, looking at the prices I realized Amazon is much cheaper on like 60-80% of the items they sell on the shelves.

I always have a good experience at this Walgreens, sometimes the pharmacy is understaffed but that's any ware you go. When Keya is working at the front I have never seen her not greet someone when they walk in the door. She is always helpful and in a good mood.i see a lot of bad reviews here I think most of those people are Karin's anyway even the men that complain and have no understanding.

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with the Walgreens pharmacy on Roosevelt Road. I rely on Synthroid daily, and managing this refill has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I have been trying to refill my prescription for over two weeks. First, I waited days without any update, only to be told it was out of stock and had to be reordered. After waiting several more days, I received a text saying it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was given the wrong prescription. After pointing out the mistake, I was told they were out of stock again. For a medication that needs to be taken consistently, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. Communication has been poor, inventory management seems inconsistent, and the repeated delays have made it difficult to stay

Aside from your horrible pharmacy Kia made the experience such a delight. She greeted me at the door, with such a smile! Yeah but never come here for medicine but greet yo girl Kia.

Their pharmacy is a mess!! This is who we’re relying on for 24 hour prescriptions!? There were 3 scripts ready and my husband ended only getting 2 (I didn’t think I would really need the 3rd for anti nausea but I guess I would need it with the other medication I was issued). So we called back to make sure the 3rd was still available, the first employee had zero idea what he was doing. Said he couldn’t even find any resent scripts for me. Said something was really wrong within the system. Transferred me to someone else who I explained the situation to and he said the medicine was ready for pick up. My husband drives there and was told the prescription was already picked up and I had another waiting, one we already picked up. They are messing up medicine in the system?? Scary. They then said
