Paid 200 to see a doctor and get my certification but they never gave it to me. wont return phone calls or vm. I would find somewhere else to get you're card . very fraudulent

I was having a hard time signing up for the Illinois medical marijuana card and I went to 2 dispensaries thinking that since they were in the industry, that they could help me out. I got no help from either because it seems they did not care to help me AT ALL. I called Lia and she showed careful patience and compassion with helping me fill out the form.

Wonderful experience. I was having trouble understanding the renewal process so I called MCD and Lia answered. This person blew me away with her customer service. It is rare to find someone so patient and kind. Lia's understanding of the renewal process is unmatched. She can tell you exactly what needs to be done all over the phone. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Meeting with a physician for renewal was quick and easy. I'm 100% satisfied with this company and the staff and would recommend MCD.

Had a very good experience with them! Everything from when I called to ask a question to the ease of setting up an appointment to following up, they seemed really on top of it and aligned with what they're doing in helping people. They truly care about their patients. I loved it. If you need help with seeking a medical card, I highly recommend going through this clinic!
