You have to really hunt for the good deals here so having the app with the barcode scanner is a big help. Other than that the staff is sort of 50-50. I’ve had good experiences and sometimes they are very very rude.

Pharmacist Alex G is a danger to the medical field. I am writing this review about this pharmacist that has been reported to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy. While I fully understand the role of a good faith policy, in this case it was disregarded and applied in a manner that was biased, inappropriate, and potentially harmful. The pharmacist clearly allowed prejudice regarding the type of prescription to override sound judgment and professional duty. I had already filed a police report for the lost medication and followed every proper procedure required under law and policy. Despite this, I was treated with hostility and outright contempt. I got some medicine back in July and they’re charging me $25 and I told the girl it should be 948 and she said no it’s not it’s $25 a month. Do you want it? I said yes I have to have it but that’s not the correct price I said did you check the price to make sure it was right? She’s what the price went up so I’m not paying the $25 and some change come to find out they got the same medicine two weeks later and I got charged 9000 $.48 so walgreens owe me $16. I’ve been trying to get it ever since every time I go in there nobody can find anything of this transaction is not here. We don’t see a transaction for this blah blah blah so today is August 12 I went in today to see if I could get my money back because when I went in last week, they said we found it come in anytime you want to will give

This Walgreens pharmacy has provided subpar service. The staff and pharmacist have consistently demonstrated unprofessional and rude behavior. They frequently run out of essential medications, and the pharmacist refuses to provide partial prescriptions for critical medications, such as seizure medication, even when patients are completely out. Furthermore, the pharmacy technician has suggested that patients seek alternative pharmacies to obtain their medication. This lack of concern for patient well-being is alarming. Additionally, this pharmacy has the slowest service, requiring patients to be physically present in the store to fill prescriptions, which negates the purpose of calling ahead. My family has used this Walgreens for years but has finally had enough of the consistent medication
