Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Tupelo - MS

The receptionist and nurse was nice. I came for a particular test that the website stated they had. I asked the receptionist when I walked in if they had the test and that was what I was here for. I was called back and immediately I noticed the exam room floor wasn't clean. It was apparent trash on the floor. It was before 8 am in the morning and I was the only client there. I got my vitals taken and was given a cup. I noticed the garbage can was FULL in the bathroom. I didn't use the cup. I asked if they had the test and was told no. I went back to the exam room and noticed the dirty needle container was full almost to the top. It was too unkept for me. I decided to leave due to the uncleanliness and because they didn't have that particular test. Even if their cleaning company didn't come

They was very friendly. They was very quick to helping me with the problem that I went in there for and they was very kind. The staff was so very kind. They took care of me right away. I would recommend them to anyone who is sick not feeling well or has a problem. They will take care of you 100%.

Highly recommend a fast-paced environment. When I say they take care of their patients, they truly take care of their patients. They ask all the proper questions to ensure they provide everything necessary for your needs. Very friendly, everybody acknowledges you, and they make you feel welcome. Highly recommend visiting them. I have never been to a doctor and been seen as efficiently as I was with them.

Worst experience ever. My mother and I came in with a twisted ankle. The front desk black lady in the front offered no help, nor wheelchair when i was struggling to get my mom in. She proceeded to have an nonchalant attitude towards us and offered no assistance. Ignore us. After an hour, we finally went back to the room where she was reluctant to give my mom a wheelchair to get x-rayed, She says "she gone have to stand on her own anyway so it aint gone make a difference.....I'm just letting you know so.....and you can't come with her so" she rufessed to push the wheelchair into our room, forcing my mom to walk on her messed up ankle, she then got annoyed when i helped my mom in wheelchair and As I was on my way out the room, I told her that I had to go to the bathroom, she cut me off, clos

Service is always good. I go there for work related physicals and drug screening. There is no long drawn out wait times and the staff is nice and professional.
