I’ve been to this Walgreens on MacArthur multiple times, and the experience really depends on who is working. Today’s service was poor. The gentleman helping customers came across as rude and impatient, which makes the visit uncomfortable. I understand everyone has difficult days, and I try to be respectful and patient. However, customer service should remain professional and consistent. When someone is dismissive or unfriendly, it reflects poorly on the store. OH! Parking can also be frustrating, as some customers don’t park properly, making it harder for others to access spaces safely and conveniently. I hope management is aware and can help ensure a more welcoming and respectful experience for everyone. I will give it another chance in the future and hope to see improvement.

They never fill my medicine on time. I had to have doctors call and yell at them because they wouldn’t fill my antibiotics and the infection was getting worse. The ai call bot for the pharmacy is the most unhelpful system in the entire world. Just hire receptionists if your pharmacy is really struggling that bad to answer calls. Walgreens pharmacy get it together.

The staff never seem like they like their jobs. The pharmacy is always backed up, not friendly. I've been with Walgreens for over 30 years and I'm ready to go somewhere else. They just don't seem to care anymore.

If I could give them a negative star rating I would! Two hours after leaving urgent care and they haven't even touched a prescription yet. After standing in line for an hour and a half I was told that the pharmacist went on lunch and this I was told at 8:30 p.m. . Worst experience ever at a pharmacy! Will not be going back and will be pulling all prescriptions from Walgreens. I will not be shopping at Walgreens in the future for any items that I normally purchase there for this reason! Save yourself a headache and an hour and a half of your time and get your prescriptions filled somewhere that cares about their customers! Very disappointed Walgreens, very disappointed!

Called them and sat on hold for 20 mins at 9:30..They close at 10:00 so they left me on hold..After 30 mins still no refills for my husband who can’t breath and needed an inhaler filled.!! Call inside and was told I can transfer you..Ridiculous 🤬🤬
