Potter Drug Springfield

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Unlike some drug stores, Potter's Drug does have many medications already on hand. I appreciate that I can pick up meds the same day rather than having to wait 2-5 days like at my previous pharmacy. I really love having the option of using their drive-up window or having free delivery service whenever I cannot get out. They have an app that makes it easy to reorder meds or to talk with a pharmacy staff member.

Personal and pleasant service! They did not have the medication in stock in their Springfield store. Casey had a staff member obtain it from the Petersburg store and brought it here for us. Thanks to them I did not have to search other pharmacies and make extra trips to find what we needed.

I used to go to Walgreens, just because they are close by. But between the horror stories of pharmacists getting severely overworked and understaffed nationwide, and a private equity firm taking steps to buy them out, the company is a sinking ship that I no longer confide in to deliver quality service. Potter Drug doesn't have that same issue. Because they don't have thousands of locations from California to the New York Island, they're better able to respond to your needs as a customer. It helps that their pharmacists are treated like human beings as well. I hope that Potter Drug continues to grow, because we desperately need places like this in the hellscape we call the American healthcare system.

Requesting refills is super easy in the app and you can also message them there too if you have any questions. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

Our family switched to Potter Drugs when they first opened and we have been so pleased with everything there. They are quick, friendly, and very helpful. They were so patient when dealing with some complicated insurance-related things and never acted inconvenienced (even though I’m certain it was frustrating to deal with…when is insurance NOT frustrating to deal with?!). They send a helpful text whenever our items are ready and I don’t think I’ve ever waited even an hour for my items to be ready. So happy that they are an option close to home and locally owned!
