Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

This Pharmacy handles special drugs that your regular pharmacies do not carry, like oral Chemotherapy . I was receiving my prescription from them and now they decided not to carry it and transferred me to a Walgreens Specialty pharmacy in Texas. Oh boy was that a mistake. They don’t know what they’re doing. They gave me false information and different stories. The transition was horrible . One employee told me they do not carry my prescription, only generic, and then a different story from a different employee. They contacted me from 3 different states with different stories. I finally received a generic prescription a week late. I missed several important doses of my chemo and it was the generic when it should have been the original drug. This is the bestest Pharmacy ever!! The people that work here are kind, caring, friendly and genuinely care about each and every person that comes through their doors. They go more than the extra mile and I will never, ever go to another Pharmacy again. I've been going for probably 3 years now and I look forward to going into the Pharmacy, not dreading it like I did before I found this Pharmacy!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They are nice people who care about the patients and are always trying to help even when it is difficult. It is a small place with mostly prescription items, but they make you feel welcome and cared for. I don't know who can write negative reviews about this place, but that really has not been the experience I have had. On the other hand, I have been to big commercial pharmacies where I have been treated like just another annoyance, and I they have made me feel less than human for no reason, just because they are unhappy working there. I am so glad I found this place even if I have to order my OTC's online and only get my prescriptions from there.
