I was there last week and these two gentlemen spent over one hour with me! Dr. Bernstein was phenomenal and he explained the kinds of shoes I needed. I ordered custom inserts and he spent a long time getting laser pictures of my feet to get the exact measurements. Please if you have any issues at all with your feet, go see them.!

Jacob and Alexey were super patient and attentive. I called 30 stores before and this was the only one that could help with my feet. If you want to get the right size and comfort, This is the place to go. And they even smile while they sit and fit the shoes on you.

On Saturday 1/17/26. We went to the store and was greeted by Alexadre and I shared that I was looking for insert for myself and for my partner as a birthday present . We step on the machine to determine our needs . We tried multiple shoes insert as Alexandre stated let your feet determine what feel best to your feet I was fairly easily ( I had foot surgery over 10 years ago ) but my parter he was a different story as he has been complaining of his plantar fasciitis , has high arch and a wide foot . He tried multiple insert even to the point we were considering custom insert . At the end , I ended purchasing a new pair of sneakers that was made perfectly for his foot . We added special insert and purchased additional insert and also got some sock which I wore them out along with my n

I needed good support shoes for active walking and Jacob was recommended by friends. He gave me a thorough analysis of my foot structure and offered several options that would be good for me and had me try on three pairs of different shoes and watched me walking outside to see my balance and gait showing me the advantages of each pair . Also suggested some insoles to provide more support and comfort.
