After a frustrating six-day struggle to get my new medication , I was at my wits end. However God sent Nebina. Nebina stepped in and saved the day. While my insurance company was confused and unhelpful, though not her issue at all Nebina took the lead, making every necessary phone call and following through until my medicine was in hand. Her compassion empathy and 'take-charge' attitude are rare to find. She is an absolute asset to not just her team but your company and corporationsl. I am so thankful for her exemplary customer service!". When I say she is an asset to your company and should be celebrated and appreciated !!!! My name is Cathy white and I would like to give a Special Thank You to the staff member( liadah)? not sure of her name but for 2+ weeks she has been helping me obtain my eye medication as my co-pay was more than I could afford. She forward me to a program that helped me to get my medication.I received a call from the approval department notifying me my medication was approved! Thank everyone who made this much needed med. possible.

I can't say enough good things about Leah, who helped me solve a month’s long issue with my prescription. I'd been reaching out to my doctor, the insurance company, and finally when I got Leah at this Walgreens on the phone, my issue was solved after almost a year of trying to figure out what to do. I'm very thankful!

This pharmacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. After Urgent Care wrote me a prescription for Tamiflu, I decided to stop by this Walgreens (since they were right up the road). Upon arrival, Kiara (the pharmacist) and Simone (one of the technicians) regrettably informed me that they did not have the generic variant of the prescription I needed. However, they happily searched every nearby Walgreens location, and when they did find one with it in stock, went ahead and transferred my prescription information over. This made the process immensely easier for me, and I admire such motivation and desire to do right by the customer.
