Great location.. in and out with ease. Great staff if you have questions or concerns..

Terrible service is consistent. I call to get my refills done because it had to be sent in the mail. The people answering the phone always have an attitude and I have to double check and confirm everything bc I am consistently getting the wrong stuff sent out. Again today I opened my package with no medicine inside. Needles and syringes. But not the medicine I ordered. I confirmed so many times to a woman who was rushing me off the phone and now I’m behind on my doses. These people could not care less about their customers. This is not a one time issue. This is over five separate issues at this point. Which is why I try to politely confirm but it is frustrating when staff won’t even give you five minutes of undivided attention to get your order correct.

I wish that it was open on the weekends but I understand that they don't open on the weekends because well they're at broad and Bainbridge that pretty much sums it up but it would be nice because sometimes we need our medicine and it sucks to have to wait for the full weekend but other than that I will try to switch pharmacies and if I change from 3to 5 or 3 to 0. 0 that depends on whether or not they do it

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. Have had an issue getting my prescription every month. When my prescription changed one month, they ordered the old one, apparently not even consulting the new prescription that had been sent to them. Don’t take the chance and just find a different pharmacy.
