The ladies that I dealt with at this location were top notch and cared about my needs. Helped me obtain a special prescription even after my insurance denied it. They go above and beyond. Can't recommend this location enough! 10 stars!!!
I had a Special Prescription sent to Walgreens Speciality Pharmacy on Waller Ave from my Bennett and Bloom Physician in Elizabethtown Ky. From initial contact to after approval from my insurance company, ALL HAS GONE WELL! I have had contact with first 2 ladies and then even the Pharmacist went over all specific information on this new eye drop with me personally! This is why I love buying my meds from Walgreens!!! Outstanding Quality Customer Service! THANK YOU!!!!
Absolutely great service from community pharmacy. Jamie and Kingsley assisted with my order for migraine medicine that I desperately needed to pick up today. When I called it was about 10 minutes before their closing time and they waited for me to come get it Wonderful Service! 😊
I just have to say one thing - I have never met such kind and gracious people at any other pharmacy. Everyone is wonderful. I highly recommend.
