Dr. Garrard is super nice, very thorough, and a true professional. Though our experience was not as one of a patient, you really get to know people when you work with them, and we wouldn't hesitate to seek out her services at the appropriate time in the future. Highly recommended!

My struggle with tinnitus began abruptly in April 2002 when I woke to sudden hearing loss in my left ear. . The tinnitus became unmanageable in June 2025 as I was unable to remember where I parked, if I fed my pets, and other routine daily functions. We would highly recommend seeing Dr. Garrard! When I called the office, Annette spent at least 20 minutes, explaining to me all the things to help me understand about getting hearing aids… When we went for our appointment, they were kind they were patient. They were very concerned with all of our concerns… When the hearing aids came in, my husband was thrilled and can actually understand what people are saying now.
