Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

I needed a vacation override for a specialty medication before a trip. The Pharmacist in Houston, Olga, went above and beyond to help me get the approval I needed, and then went the extra mile to arrange for pick up on Saturday. Working with Walgreens Speciality Pharmacy can be challenging sometimes from the patient perspective (it's hard to work with 800#s), but WOW - this is real, personal, great service and help, and I say THANK YOU!

Community Walgreen's at the Greenbriar location has provided excellent service for many years. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help patients process different insurance, coupons, discount cards and truly take the time to ensure patients get the best price possible. I finally made time to give them a huge shout out and thank them for all the assistance provided over the years! Thank you all for literally over a decade of assistance in such a warm friendly manner!!! (Melissa, Christina, Tuan, Raj...)!

The pharmacy manager needs to be replaced. I've been told to go somewhere else, it's ok to miss a dose or two if they are behind or made a mistake. You're told to be home to sign, and they don't send the medicine. They enjoy causing stress, anxiety and discomfort to those who rely on their medicine in a timely manner. I have had several problems just trying to get my medicine. The pharmacy is trying to kill me with their unprofessional treatment towards me just because I want my medicine. $40,000 each month and they can't do it in a timely professional manner, can't respond and keep it professional. The last with the accent , needs to be fired for putting customer on hold and never picking back up They all need to be sued. Sued and prosecuted for playing with people's lives and medicine

Just had my booster shot done there. There was a wait but basically I believe because Walgreen's online scheduling system doesn't take into account how many staff are there and how busy they are. Anyway, some other people got a little upset because of the wait, but I think the staff handled everything really well. Tech Gracie and the person at the reception desk were super friendly and competent.

Rag Patel is the worst manager ever. I have been receiving my medicine for over 2 years via fedex and did not have to sign for it. Rag this time sends my medicine via fedex requiring a signature. They came I wasn’t there. They sent me 2 additional notices that would be out on a certain day and day. I waited and neither day did they show up. Wednesday I called rag about my medicine and he promised that he would call me back. I never heard from him. Yesterday I went to Walgreens in person. They informed me that the medicine was at a holding station for fedex on Washington. So after of 8 days I finally have my medicine but no thanks to Rag.
