Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital

Nicole, thank you so much. You and your team there saw my prescription through from the first call weeks ago to today. It was a lot of calls. You had a great attitude the entire time as did the rest of the crew. Gratefull for the unsung heros in the pharmacy world.

The Staff is always pleasant they greet me by my name , always have a smile and ready to discuss my medications if needed. Pharmacist and Techs are profession at all times. My monthly meds are ready for pick when I arrive. I choice to stay with this Walgreens in Camden due to the staff esp the tech who also go above and beyond for me whether I want to pick or have my medication deliver . I reside in Atco, NJ but this Walgreen is the best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They honestly don’t seem to care about their “prescribers” or whatever they call us. They are VERY rude very unprofessional and the list goes on. Same for that Hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They honestly don’t care about people. They rather you suffer. At this point throw the whole hospital away. I wish it could be that easy. I’m done.

I'm starting to regret moving my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I left a message several days ago and never got a response. I've been calling for 2 days now and it goes straight to voicemail. How are you serving the public if you don't answer the phone?
