Our family is incredibly grateful to Virtua Hospital and Lourdes for the outstanding care our brother received. The professionalism, compassion and attentiveness of the entire staff made a difficult time much easier for all of us. Every team member treated him with dignity and kindness and communication was always clear and reassuring. Rose was such a joy. I never thought that I’d say that about a registrar. I’ve worked in health care for 15 years. 14 of those years was with Virtua. Even though I’m not an employee anymore, my interaction with Rose made me proud. Proud because it’s nice to see a facility that realizes that, to be successful and to create a good experience for our customers, it starts from he ground floor, not the OR. I recently went to the ER at Lourdes Hospital for some emergency issues, and I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. They had me checked in within 5 minutes of my arrival. Triage did some quick tests and had me in a bed in another 10 minutes. I saw a nurse within 5 minutes of being in the bed and the ER doctor within 25 minutes of walking into the ER.Everyone I encountered was respectful and professional, and they did a great job of addressing my issue and answering all my questions. The entire process was smooth and reassuring, which is exactly what you need in an emergency situation. I highly recommend Lourdes Hospital for their excellent ER services.

Hubby had a ton of outpatient lab work to complete before an upcoming study. He had a great experience with staff, Ciarra, Michael, Santa, and Michelle. They were all welcoming and explained everything.

My father "Pat" was a patient at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for about 3 weeks. During that time he was on 5N and the Acute Rehabilitation Unit where he received EXCELLENT care. The nursing staff (Michael, Danielle, Mariah, Matt, Kristen, Margaret, Jason, Harpal and Kiki) were attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The acute care and acute rehab therapy staff were AMAZING as well. My father was definitely challenging initially with his deficits however the OT's and PT's Ashley, Stacey, Sue, Gina, Katie, Sarah, Scott, Chris and Stephanie were able to get him up and moving independently by time of discharge.
