Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy at Memorial Hermann Hospital-TM

My husband's was almost ran over near the walgreens today trying to get his meds he fall on the rail's track n no one would help him. The hours of operation should be extended til 7pm so people can have time to get there meds. Monday til Friday. And on Saturday's til 8 am til 3pm. I'm so 😠 😡 😤

I’m a special needs mom and I have a baby that stuffers with severe seizures, I call every time I’m supper low to refill medication, today I called to refill her phenobarbital medication, and Courtney told me to reach out to my insurance. So I reached out to my insurance and try to get both of them the Insurance and Courtney to talk because they was giving me information about the insurance holding her medication And to see What they can do about getting her medication. And the insurance people acting crazy with me and didn’t want to help and I merged the phone to Courtney so she can help me get my Babies medication. instead, she gets the attitude hang up the phone while I’m on the phone with the insurance people trying to get this solved so I can get her medication to stop her seizures. t

When trying to transfer my two prescriptions to a closer pharmacy, they informed me of the delivery option. When I told them I needed it by Saturday latest, they assured me that would be the case. Saturday came and went, Sunday came and went, and Monday came and went and the prescriptions never arrived, nor did a get notified of any delay. I called to investigate and they let me know that ONE of my prescriptions would arrive by evening time on that Monday and that the secretos me is scheduled for delivery by Tuesday afternoon. I asked how that happened and the agent informed me the notes indicated I only needed on of the prescriptions rushed for delivery (and said prescription still came three days late). It is now Thursday afternoon and my second prescription still has not arrived. I cal

Came to pick up a script after my husband’s surgery an hour before they closed and they said they didn’t have it. It was called in that morning according to the Dr. but because they close early and aren’t open weekends we won’t be able to get the medication as the matter wasn’t cleared up in time. What kind of Walgreens isn’t open on the weekends? Employee was nice though.

Always have problems getting my son’s heart medication to me. They say they are fed exing it and then they don’t. I live 40 mins away, but this is the only compound pharmacy my insurance covers. Just terrible.
