Walgreens

I absolutely love this Walgreens! Everyone here is so kind and helpful. If there’s ever an issue, the staff is always ready and willing to help resolve it. I’ve had a few problems getting my medications, but those were due to insurance—not Walgreens—and the pharmacy staff handled everything as best as possible. I much prefer shopping here over our local CVS, where customer service hasn’t been great. Dena in the pharmacy is wonderful, Jessica is always ready to help, and AJ is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable every time you’re in the store. The manager, Sam, is awesome and always willing to step in and help. They couldn’t ask for a better person to run the store!

Had a great visit at Walgreens the new cashier Gorge was very helpful. As I was in line I watched him engage with every customer. His patience with the senior customers was nice to see as he instructed them on the pin pad.

As a loyal 50 year customer of Walgreens in the Metropolitan Phoenix area I have been very disappointed with the service of the local store in ShowLow. BUT today I had a stellar experience. When I called to locate a script that needed to be filled, Dena answered the phone. I didn't know at that the time, that she was a Customer Service rockstar. She took time. She looked up and found the problem. She resolved it and in the process called me back. Gave me personal attention that blew me away! She cared, she showed it and she delivered. She is a treasure and an asset to the whole Walgreens Corporation! And an added blessing, she gave the personal kind of attention in the true mountain tradition that those of us who live here enjoy. Thank you Dena.

Jennifer is a solutions expert and cares about the customer! She definitely works more for customers interests as well as Walgreens interests. She needs a pay raise and promotion based on.... my experience in management! Just Observations! If Jennifer is running the Show Low store...good choice! I have never seen anyone "put out fires like Jennifer Reinhold! Walgreens has a prize employee in Jennifer and should make her a franchise best! Many appreciate her in Show Low! Walgreens has long been my go to drug store. I went in for Visa photos. Michelle, one of the store managers waited on me and I got the whole process. Done in five minutes! Very happy!
