My wife and I both really like this pharmacy. They're very personable. Easy to talk to. The pharmacist is very easy to talk to. Also, never a big line to wait. They brought my wife's prescription out to the car one day when she wasn't feeling well which was really fantastic

Genoa Pharmacy is the BEST... They have a Wonderful Pharmacist(miss Kim), Who goes out of her way to help her customers🤗, and her AWESOME Team, are committed, and supportive to helping as well. Used to really appreciate this pharmacy but lately they've been making my visits extremely difficult with the wait times.. I live an hour away and need to pick up my prescription the same day of drs appts. For the past 4 visits, Ive had to wait in my car for up to 4 hours each visit, waiting for them to fill my prescriptions. If I can't find a babysitter, I have 2 babies in the car with me. It's just been a super struggle these past few months. I don't have the same amount of trust I used to have when it comes to getting things done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and I appreciate them but I just wish they had more employees I guess to fill scrips in a timely manner. I used to recommend them to everybody I knew. I will not recommend them now.

Shout out to Kaybree! She has been so helpful! Thank you so much for your time, it is appreciated. Filling my medication has been a struggle for the past 3 months and Genoa has been doing their best at getting it for me during these trying times. Thank you again.

Highly recommend GenOa. I have used Walgreens, Safeway, and Walmart and have had bad service. I'm 62 years old, and I have been going to GenOa for the last 4 years and have always had a good experience. The staff is what has made a difference. Let's hope they keep up the high quality.
