I use the pharmacy the most but everyone in that department have been very nice. The store is old but clean. The people working there have always been very and helpful.

The pharmacist Faisal is the most caring pharmacist and was helping move the line!. Very fast service and kind! This is the 2nd time he has helped me. Both times were equally great.

Everyone here seems to hate their job from the rude check out ladies who are being inconvenienced by every customer to the pharmacists who have an attitude with every person especially if you schedule vaccinations. Not only is there only one person who knows how to check in someone for vaccinations, but that one person is severely inconvenienced by it and constantly rolls their eyes at everything. The head pharmacist is just as bad.

It’s okay. I usually come here when it’s something i want on sale or pharmacy business. I like to browse around just to see what catches my eye but i’m not a major shopper at this location, however Customer service is mostly hit or miss especially with the older lady that usually works in the mornings, don’t ask her for assistance otherwise you’ll get snapped at….

Walgreens is great, but this Walgreens sucks. There is no reason to be put on hold for 20 minutes only to have it ring through half a dozen times and the person answering says please hold and slams the phone down before you can say anything. I finally resorted to just talking over her to get her to not just hang up and take 10 seconds to tell me how long the wait was going to be. She called me Ma’am after I already provided my info to the automated system so I hung up and transferred my medication to another Walgreens. All I needed to do was have a 30 second conversation and tell her yes, refill my medication that you put on hold for some reason. If you can’t answer the phone in 20 minutes, you don’t have enough employees. You’re a business, not the DMV. We all have shit to do. To Walgree
