I cannot speak highly enough of Fort Bend Healthcare Center! Each time I arrive, it is clear that they truly care about their patients. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and well-being. The facility, while older, feels like a warm, home-like environment where everyone is treated like family. Ebony stands out for her exceptional care and dedication. She is always so kind, patient, and proactive in providing information. It's evident that the entire team at Fort Bend works together to create a supportive and compassionate environment. Highly recommend!

My mom went there to get PT and to get better from surgery-while she was there they forgot to give her a bath and when we took her to the doctor he was not happy cause she was not walking like she was supposed to .the PT said it was determine on what her insurance allowed but that was B.S. when she went to her infectious disease, doctor he was also not happy cause he didn't receive papers or blood work from this place -so there was no Communication between the doctors and this place-also when my mom was there her health was getting worse and not better - the rooms are Extremely small and they had her bed shoved against the wall -and when we Visited she was out of it and hardly remembers being there, but luckily she went to the hospital again and right away. She got better. -they had her

My experience with Fort Bend HealthCare Center has been through working with their marketing representative, Ebony, and she is truly exceptional. Ebony genuinely cares about her patients and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure smooth, stress-free transitions for families. Her communication, compassion, and professionalism make all the difference. Anywhere Ebony is, I would recommend without hesitation.

We sent my grandmother here to get treatment and they neglected her temporary visit here. They didn’t treat her with the care that she needed. They neglected her hygiene as she was bed bound and had forgotten to give her a bath several times. She does not remember her time there and we truly believe they drugged her with medication she was not prescribed. If we didn’t force her release to go back to the hospital I truly believe she would have died at their facility. If I can put zero stars I would.

We’ve been so grateful for the care my grandmother has received here. The staff treat her with kindness and patience, and it truly feels like they care about the residents’ well-being! The facility is always clean and welcoming and the communication with families is great. Knowing she’s in a safe, caring environment brings our family so much peace of mind!!
