I have had an issue twice now with the pharmacy. First time who ever entered my information for my prescription entered it wrong so I wad without my medication for 2 weeks! The store Manager was able to correct the mistake on their behalf and I was grateful. Today however, the same situation happened and the tech that I spoke with was rude would not listen and when I tried to tell her that this happened last time and to ask the manager she very rudely said that the store Manager was not over them. The pharmacist stepped in and told me and her that it says on the label twice a day but that they had only given me 30 pills! I'm so frustrated at this point. My doctors office even tried calling in and they treated them horribly as well! When I get back from out of town I will be going to anoth

Very unprofessional, slow, and rude staff. They had 10 employees behind the counter only 2 working the others were talking or playing on their phone.

Sent in an RX for a vax on Friday. On Saturday ( a whole 24hr prior) scheduled my vax appointment for Sunday. Showed up as scheduled just to be told they hadn’t gotten the vax in… 😡 this could’ve been avoided with a 2 minute phone call.

I tried to pick up my order and waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. I watched 6 people walk to the register while I was waiting and none of them had to wait. I will order my pictures elsewhere from now on. Tried to email customer support for a resolution and the link I was sent to their page brings you to a site that is “unavailable temporarily”.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years, but I’ve recently had some negative experiences with their pharmacy services. The customer service at this location has been lacking compared to other Walgreens stores I’ve visited. As a frequent traveler, I’ve found that other pharmacies prioritize customer service more effectively. Since this is my primary location, I’ve decided to switch to a different pharmacy that offers better customer service.
