Some of the employees verily acknowledge the customer when you standing in the line sometimes waiting is 20 minutes but not all is like that. And they said that they call the doctor and the doctor told me that they don't receive no calls at all.

In this post covid world of headaches and hassles getting my prescriptions has been one of my biggest problems and complaints. It’s either not covered or it’s not in stock, it takes days to get in, haven’t met my deductible, it can be cheaper on Goodrx, call your mail order service, etc etc! These issues have happened to me at every turn but the Zion Walgreens has impressed me. They are pleasant, helpful and they try to get to the bottom of the problem. I appreciate their help and service 💜

Tried to charge me for something covered by my insurance, and I'm guessing they are severely understaffed based on how slow everything is.

I use to love this pharmacy. They were always helpful and professional. Lately they keep me on hold for long periods of time and never come back to the call. They have lost my prescriptions. Lately now they won't even deliver my meds to me. They use to deliver my prescriptions in the past. However after they had issues with sending my meds out on time they changed their policies. Now I have to pay for their mistakes instead of them being helpful. They told me with my Walmart monthly subscription that my prescription would be delivered but in fact thats not true. So I now pay for something that I basically do not receive the full benefit for while losing their help.

The people who take care of my proscriptions are amazing. The pharmacist go the extra mile. Now the app has problems.So call if you feel your refills are late,say they were filled. Anything that's causing you stress about your medicines,CALL. I transferred my scripts to here.
