Local MD Urgent Care

The staff was very friendly. Very helpful. They made sure I had my information correct. Love that they have nurses there that are from the home town. They touch base with patients hospital can't. Very kind , respectful and FAST. I was in urgent care for maybe a hour and received all the help and care I needed. Thank you urgent care!

Sat here for quite some time waiting in a room. Needed to get x-rays done and I saw it says they stop doing x-ray after 5:00 and we’ve been sitting in this room since 4:50 and it’s not 5:25 with only vitals being done. The lady up front was super nice but haven’t even seen a doctor yet.

I called at 2pm to see if they could accept you without your insurance card if you’ve previously been there before with your insurance card they said no okay fine . I was finally able to find my insurance card 15 minutes before close but was told told I wouldn’t be able to see anyone because they are about to close . If they close at 4:45 then why does the sign say 5:00pm? Not very urgent care.

I live in Kenosha and am so grateful your clinic is open on the weekends as none in Kenosha are. I also had a good experience at my previous visit and will continue to visit for any future needs. All the staff were nice and caring.

Anne Marie Sharfay jaleah was amazing this was the best experience I have ever dealt with the doctor. I am 52 years old. They were amazing. My grandson was nervous. They made him animal balloon brought it in. She was just from her heart. All three of these women they help me upfront with the filling in I took forever in. They were still the most friendliest nicest people I’ve ever met in Dr business thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart. You really enjoyed your experience. No one likes going to the doctor, but you guys made this an amazing experience again I thank you from the bottom of my heart me and Anthony Rivera.
