Walgreens Pharmacy

They don't answer the phone, ever! I was put on hold for over two hours on two occasions and nobody ever picks up the phone. I tried updating my insurance online but was told by Walgreens customer service it has to be done by the pharmacist at the store, but there is no way to contact anyone at the store. I uploaded the information via the app including photos of the insurance card and they still have not updated the information. This has been going on for days and this location is completely unresponsive.

There has to be something upper mngmt can do for staff of the 2nd largest pharmacy worldwide. This is ridiculous! I deal w/this bs each & every time I request for an early refill of script. EACH time, I add notes to script w/explanation & NOTES STATING I WILL PAY OUT OF POCKET COST since early refill ins. doesn't help pay. EVERY single time, it says my script is delayed due to ins., so I have to call. I waited on hold for 45 freaking min. to not even speak w/anyone. Now, on hold w/your bs annoying automated repetitive robotic voice. This is outrageous & NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THIS CRAP. I have dealt w/this too long, too many times, & I'm sick of it! I will take my business to a small chain or single pharmacy who aren't short staffed & even for putting you off on a robot, still can not handle

Don’t ever come to this one they’re SUPER slow and zero formal with there customers. For my prescription of just some ibuprofen they took more thank 8 hours to have it ready even tho they said it’ll be ready in an hour. I was worried there hours and they didn’t have it/ that’s horrible that people play like that with other ones time. I understand they’re running a little bit behind but this is too much 😡 They suck big time! I tried and call and they made me wait for almost an hour, they never answer my call and the machine just hang up on me 😠

Why is this place still open? I went yesterday to pick up my prescription that I needed right then. I only chose this pharmacy because it was 24/7. I went inside at 4pm and the guy told me they were closed that I had to go through the drive thru that had cars in the street waiting. When the front sign said they’d close at 5pm. I go the day after which is today and they are closed yet again! I just called my doctor to have my prescription moved to an entire different pharmacy. Thanks for nothing.

99% of the time understaffed. Then when one lane isn’t operating the staff just stares at you through the window without so much as courtesy to say “hey, that lane is closed, sorry”.
