I had an excellent experience when I took my daughter to the urgent care for testing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a warm smile and a calm, reassuring demeanor, which was really helpful in easing my daughter's nerves. The entire visit was impressively efficient within minutes, we were checked in, and was quick to get us to a private exam room where Mirna helped test and document for the provider. I was seen much faster than I expected, Deanna -RMA and Tawna-APRN were both incredibly kind and professional. They listened carefully to my concerns. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and truly cared for. This is by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs fast, compassionate care.

We had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. The nurses, staff, and doctor are always so kind, patient, and professional. From check-in to discharge, everyone made us feel heard and truly cared for. The medical team took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. We had to visit as a patient today, and the team was wonderful! Nikki checked us in promptly and was very welcoming when we got there! Mirna was great with my son while she roomed him. He was super nervous about the throat swab, but she was quick and gentle with him and had him saying “that wasn’t bad at all!” Becky was our provider, she was kind and thorough! They were all great with my sick little chatterbox so early in the morning! Thanks ladies, if needed, we will be back!

Was the best urgent care expierence I have ever had. Both Mirna and Stephanie were nothing short of amazing! When I entered, the facility was clean and I was immediately offered water and taken back to a room with vitals and testing/swabs started. I was assessed, diagnosed, and leaving within 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care and will be a repeat customer/client if needed in the future.
