Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy staff are unprofessional, they mention that some medication cannot be released via drive-thru. So if you go inside they don’t have it completed and they will re-shelf your medicine if you wait for the next day. The staff will say you have to talk to the pharmacist for release. when the pharmacist shows up and talk to you. They mention that there is no reason for them to talk to you on the medication. If you have been taken a long term medication (5years+)they randomly tell you that they cannot release your medication and to call your doctor office And when you talk to your doctors office, they say there’s no restrictions. They don’t know why they were not released. How do we get some customers training for this location!!!!

They have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and caring!

I set a flu shot appointment for my daughter. But when we arrived we were turned away because they took walk ins instead. We were there early AND had an appointment. Very unprofessional and waste of our time.
