Walgreens Pharmacy

The staff here is the greatest! I've seen a female manager that seems not so nice, but the rest of the staff is A++++. Always so nice and helpful and they are always doing multiple things at once . Some heros don't wear capes 🙌🏻. The pharmacy is understaffed. But the staff they do have are incredibly helpful and kind and considering how overwhelmed they are.... I applaud them. Any complaints about this store and you should take it to corporate because these people are going above and beyond 💖

I dont know if management changed but this place used to be good. Now you have to be on them to get your perscriptions filled and call in to see if its ready. There text service isnt reliable. I needed to start antibiotics last night and they never sent the text that it was ready. I had to call in today for them to say it was ready....do better

I'm absolutely furious. I submitted refills for my nebulizer solution and inhaler on August 1st. For four days, the pharmacist sat on them — not because of insurance or doctor issues — but because they chose to delay it. Meanwhile, Chicagoland’s air quality has been hazardous due to the Canadian wildfires, and I was actively struggling to breathe. When I finally got a text saying my prescriptions were ready — like some kind of gift from above — I went in and they had lost my inhaler. I was in the middle of the worst asthma attack of my life, terrified, and asked if they could issue a replacement. They said no, they had to find the lost one first. I left, panicked and gasping, and went straight to the ER. Today, my doctor canceled the inhaler script at Walgreens and sent it to Jewel-Osco in

Worst technicians ! They are not trained and you get a different answer depending on who you talk to

I just got a paper script from my daughters Dr. Came to the pharmacy only to be accused of it being fake. I am so pissed off over this. It's not the first time having the script, only been a year of using the medication, so I suggest everyone use a different pharmacy!
