I went to see Brittany because I hurt my knee working out. She not only worked on my knee but on my quads and my hips, and I felt so much better afterwards! Brittany is not only sweet but also very knowledgeable and caring. She gave me a series of stretches to do at home and that has made all the difference. I highly recommend her for muscle/facia work and pelvic floor therapy.
