Walgreens Pharmacy

My far the worse pharmacy. I have been coming to this pharmacy for couple years now since I moved and it has progressively gotten worse and worse. They never answer the phone when they do they hang up on you or expect to wait 20+ mins for an attitude. They have no idea what they are doing I would get different answers every time I would speak to someone else. This past prescription took them 4 weeks to get they kept delaying saying it was an insurance issue when I have communicated multiple times telling them I wasn’t doing it through insurance. Then I would get text messages saying it ready for pick up go to pick it up and then they would tell me it’s not in stock. Seems like they hold it on purpose not sure what scam they are running here. This pharmacy sucks. I had a prescription that the doctor ordered for me, but then later on she ordered something else and upon clarifying with her which one she wants me to take, she clarified that she wants the second one instead, even though she ordered the first one initially. At this point, I had already picked up and paid for the first prescription, although I did not open it. Walgreens pharmacy said they cannot accept the return of the medication, and when I called corporate, the lady said it’s not their fault, so they cannot honor my return, even though the medication is stapled completely unopened. And it’s not my fault that the doctor ordered the wrong thing either. So I take my hard earned money and basically donate it to them? Doctor is wrong for writing the wrong thing, but ph

Terrible. Worst pharmacy on planet earth I’m pretty sure. They must pull their pharm techs right off the streets because they are quite clueless. Had someone pick up my prescription and they came home with 1 of 3 of my prescriptions. I called the pharmacy to see why my other 2 scripts were not provided at the time and she said “oh the insurance” … I said “I don’t have insurance what is the reason this prescription wasn’t ready?” She said “I just put the discount code in now it will be ready in TWO HOURS” I just hung up the phone cause she couldn’t even answer a simple question. This place sucks. Especially when ur sick and just want ur medications which is quite literally their only job. Every review on here is 100% accurate! This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Just 1 example- 2 times within a couple months they did not have the perception my wife urgently needed and did not know when it would be in. It was a huge hassle for them to switch it to another Walgreens Pharmacy. They put you on hold and forget about you, you will NEVER be able to speak to someone on the phone. So my wife had to go there in person, cause a scene, speak to management and deal with rude pharmacists. Save yourself the frustration and go to one another pharmacy.

Don’t even waste your time. The absolute worst pharmacy. All they care about is going on lunch. They close down from 1:30-2:00 and I was on the phone saying how they close in 5 minutes and Vanessa from the pharmacy interrupted me and said “3 minutes” which my phone said 1:25pm. Not sure why people don’t want to do their jobs anymore. Always an issue at this pharmacy.
