Michelle was very personable, sensitive to my concerns. She was very while working hand in hand with the suction and dental tool never allowing water to splash or drip. Always informing of each step in the procedure. She is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. Her work ethic and personality is a perfect fit for Great Expressions Dental

I had an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience at this dental office while attempting to get a crown.The dentist arrived very late, and I was left waiting for a long time before being seen. When she finally came to me, she appeared rushed, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. Communication throughout the appointment was very poor. I was injected with anesthesia without any warning or explanation, which was shocking and uncomfortable. During the procedure, the dentist abruptly left the room after receiving a call, leaving me alone in the chair with the suction still in my mouth. While examining my teeth, the dental assistant applied excessive pressure to my gums with the mirror instrument, causing significant pain. At no point was I asked if I was okay or informed a

I almost never leave reviews but this one I felt the need to. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office in my 32 years of life. I was nervous to get my extraction today because the last time I was at a dentist office , I felt the pain which is why I was referred to an oral surgeon. I was scared and very nervous but the entire team here was warm and reassuring that I was going to be okay. They made me extremely comfortable throughout the whole procedure. And I was so impressed with how quickly the dentist was able to extract my tooth. It was mind blowing! I felt nothing. I will absolutely go back for all my dental needs in the future and i would refer them to anyone!

I called today (Friday afternoon) to schedule an appointment and honestly the experience was very disappointing. The person who answered didn’t seem to know the information I was asking for and the conversation felt unprofessional. It was confusing and not very helpful, which made the whole process frustrating. When someone calls for the first time, you expect clear answers and respectful service, and that just wasn’t the case.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I came in needing help for severe tooth pain and ended up getting a root canal, but I’m still in pain even after returning three separate times. Each visit felt like I was being brushed off, and I never got real answers or a solution. After all of that, I was eventually told I need to go see an endodontist anyway which makes me question why I wasn’t referred sooner instead of going through repeated visits, ongoing pain, and wasted time and money. I understand complications can happen, but the lack of urgency, follow-up, and clear guidance was frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this office if you’re dealing with serious tooth pain and need thorough care.
