Walgreens Pharmacy

This location the pharmacy is not on point at all. Very slow and it takes forever for them to fill a prescription. I had a procedure done in the morning and my pain medicine and antibiotics were sent to this location for pick up after the procedure as my dad had taken me to the procedure and then dropped me off at my apartment before heading to go pick everything up. My medication had been processed before we left the Dr's office and I had my dad call the pharmacy prior to us leaving to ensure thay had received it and there were no issues. They told my dad it would be ready in an hour which was perfect. My dad got there and there was an issue. Something really easy and only needed the Dr's approval. Always an issue refilling my prescriptions when I get told they need clarification on directions from the doctor days/weeks pass by with no update i call the pharmacy and they’ll say they’ve reached out to the doctor and they’re not getting a response i then proceed to call my doctor and they say they have no record from the pharmacy no call, no email, no fax. And it’s only until I am the one to reach out that my prescription gets filled. Also if it shows “insurance delay” on your app expect to call the pharmacy and be told “i don’t see that on my screen”.

This is as bad an experience as I have ever had at a pharmacy. Disinterested and unhelpful staff. Offer no guidance or suggestions. Poor communicators. It’s like I am troubling them to pick up my prescription. One of my two prescriptions was not filled because it was going to be filled by their warehouse and be ready the next day. I asked if they can transfer it to another location so I can get it today. The person left the desk, went and fulfilled the prescription, and brought it back ten minutes later. When I asked how, she said they had it in the back. It’s a nasal spray. They didn’t have to do anything but put it in a bag, but would not have done so unless I pressed the issue. Then I ask for some otc cold meds. They tell me I need to go get them in the aisle. The medicine is locked so

It's a overall a close location for me but I always regret going in there. The seem to have the most disinterested and irritated cashiers. These women have the ability to make you feel like you are really troubling them to ring you up. If I can I go to the one on Roosevelt and County Farm because the staff there is 100 percent better.

Always slow service, no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. Pharmacy is the worst of any pharmacy I have ever used.
