Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital

We visited Lurie Children’s at NM Central DuPage Hospital Pediatric Outpatient Center Endocrinology & Diabetes to see Dr. Mary McCauley, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and professional, especially the lady at the front desk who gave clear directions and was very helpful. We did some lab tests and an X-ray -everything went quickly and smoothly. We’re very happy with the care and the whole visit. Thank you, Dr. McCauley and the team, for your kindness and great service! 🌸

Had a laparoscopic sigmoidectomy here and spent two nights in the hospital. Dr. Bradley and the entire care team were excellent. The hospital room I stayed in was a large single that had lots of room. Food from the cafeteria was generally average to good. I would not hesitate to get anything done here again. Very happy with all aspects of my treatment here.

My experience with Central DuPage Hospital outpatient surgery was excellent! From the very beginning, everyone I came into contact with, either on the phone or in-person, was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The day went very quickly and smoothly and I felt cared for and safe. My husband was kept informed every step of the way and we both felt listened to and accommodated. The facility was very clean and didn't even smell like a hospital. I received great care for all of my needs before I even needed to ask. I have had experiences with other hospitals in the past and Central DuPage was by far the best. I definitely recommend this facility and highly skilled doctors, nurses, and staff.

01/30/2025 arrival 3 pm. I got to the ER and was immediately greeted by helpful nurses. I had so much pain and could hardly walk. This facility is filled with young eager nurses. Every nurses I dealt with from the young brunette man who did my vitals and asked about my symptoms and provided peace of mind. To the helpful young lady tha was running around all day she had a long ponytail brown and glasses I wis I would’ve gotten her name she is so helpful. To the radiology young lady w colorful hair to finally nurse Joe. Everyone that helped me was so kind and you can really tell these young people have a passion for taking care of people. Very hardworking and dedicated I came in at 3 and was on my way by 6 pm. Turns out I broke a rib. This is incredibly turn out for ER that I’ve experienced.

I know it's cliche to give 5 stars. I can't express enough, how helpful, considerate, kind, and patient the staff at BHT have given me hope and love and connections with both staff and patients. I recommend this location, for anyone. Even those who don't believe they want or need BHT. It will assist in opening up a genuine uniqueness about one's self. Which is the truest natural way to LIVE.
