Walgreens Pharmacy

Today I asked the gastroenterologist to choose the pharmacy here to pick up the medicine. I was received by a young girl. Her service was very serious and patient. When she learned that my insurance did not cover the medicine here, she specifically told me which pharmacy I could pick up the medicine. She also carefully wrote down the detailed address of another pharmacy for me. It was really great service. Thank you, young beauty.

Unprofessional. They don’t let you know if its your last refill so you will find out last minute when you go to pick up your prescription. then when they DO have it, they make you wait 20-30+ minutes for it to be ready. i’ve never received any calls or messages stating my medication is ready so i always have to be the one to reach out. staff always seem confused or like they need guidance. don’t get your medication here.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate group of staff they are part of the medical field they need to be empathetic especially when customer come out of surgery and need certain medications in the moment they don’t pick up the phone even when the doctors are calling them to see what wrong with the prescription this pharmacy needs an upgrade in staff and a clean up of staff

This pharmacy always has been the worst. When Walgreens in the Whitestone shopping center closed this Pharmacy even got worst. They need to do something to accommodate for the increase of customers. Management needs to start THINKING.before the line is out the door.

For such a high volume pharmacy the wait at this place is horrible, only one person helping people meanwhile there is always a line when I come here minimum 4-6 people moves slow and there are many pharmacists behind counter. Get more help!!!
