Best physical therapist I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been to several therapists over the years for knee surgeries and a total knee replacement recently. These dedicated people have been the only ones who have gotten my range of motion back to where it was before surgery. Very knowledgeable, and caring staff from the owner down to the receptionist. Coming here has been a positive and pleasurable experience. Feels more like a visiti with friends than a physical therapy appointment. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in need of physical therapy!!

Core Physical Therapy in Whitestone is a top-tier spot for rehab and recovery. The owner, Frank, was recommended to me by one of my coffee buddies, and I’m glad I followed through. I came in with an old knee injury, and from day one, Frank and his team have been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They personalize each session and make the whole process feel productive and supportive. Along with targeted exercises, they’ve incorporated manual therapy, a scraping tool, and cupping into my treatment plan—all of which feel great and noticeably increase blood flow and mobility. Everyone here is top notch. Soon as you walk in you’re greeted by name. Frank, Alana, Joy, Julia, Lucas & Donna are excellent at what they do. They all check in with you even if you’re not “their” patient for the day. I’ve been here twice now for 2 separate injuries & they’re getting me back to normal with this most recent one. Absolutely recommend Core physical therapy.
