Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy location has gone downhill! First, no one would pick up the phone for the last 2 days. Then, when I picked up my prescriptions just now thru drive thru, the rudest man rang me up and insisted I didn't have a card on my account that worked. I knew I did, but he refused to look. I did have the correct card on my account. Won't be using this pharmacy again.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff, prescription filling takes forever and I received someone else medication and not my own. Seems extremely sloppy, understaffed and overworked. I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere

Doc calls in prescription Thursday. Get text message that it’s ready Friday morning. Go in Friday afternoon. They say it’s not ready come back in 15. I come back in 30. They say it’s still not ready the pharmacist left even though she was sitting right there. Three other people in line also have prescriptions that are not ready. They say take a seat. I ask how long they say I don’t know. This place is a joke. No wonder Walgreens is slowly going out of business. Super unprofessional. Are they even putting the right pills in my bottle? Will never be back. Am considering writing a letter to the state board of pharmacy.

Don't listen to the Karens in the other reviews. The entire staff here is very helpful and friendly and remember our names. I saw someone else bad mouth Rachel but she's never been anything but kind and helpful to me. She's the pharmacist and she'll even run over to help if she hears me discussing something complicated with the techs. State laws (and Walgreens policies) around some of my medications are super annoying and the Walgreens app doesn't help with that, but none of that is the fault of this staff. They're great!

I am more than done with this place. I had issues with a couple prescriptions not going through when I requested a refill online. This last week has been beyond frustrating. My son had some health issues that resulted in several prescriptions being needed as well as my other needing a refill. 2 of the prescriptions for my son didn't go through, so the doctor had to resend them. The original sent was not covered by insurance. Instead of calling to inform us, they deleted the entire prescription. My doctor promptly resent a prescription that was covered by insurance after discovering the issue by checking online myself. His prescriptions kept bouncing back and forth between being ready, delayed, disappeared, processing. I kept calling to try to figure out what was going on. My other son's re
