Walgreens Pharmacy

Several members of staff are insufferable and impossible to deal with and, generally, recent changes to the pharmacy have resulted in them promising delivery times THEY suggest but not delivering at those times. Not sure what's happened but their AI system suggests times and then the store can't deliver. Will be switching all prescriptions to Mariano's pharmacy or Osco Drug. This Walgreens has gone downhill fast.

The worst pharmacy EVER! After waiting for 30 minutes to talk to the pharmacist, the tech purposefully hung up the call! The most unprofessional experience ever. This is not the first time we have had problems. We will be removing all our prescriptions from this location. I have no confidence they do anything correctly.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 20 years, it used to be great 15 years ago, but the last 10 years I wanna say service takes a little bit longer. They’re out of certain medication‘s ALOT and the only pharmacist I can actually rely on is the one that works at night time the older gentleman.

Horrible service. Called to give copay card info so my Rx cost could be recalculated. Tech said I’d have to come in (I’m disabled). When I asked to do it over the phone, she claimed she’d have to cancel and reprocess the Rx—which risks it going out of stock—even though it was already filled and waiting. If I came in, no cancelation needed. When I asked why, she had no answer. It’s clear she didn’t want to be bothered and would rather inconvenience the customer and pass it off to the person at the register. On a prior call, another employee mumbled so badly I couldn’t understand. When I mentioned I was having trouble hearing her, she snapped “is this better?!” before going back to mumbling. Edit: within 1 week of posting the review below, the pharmacy staff all became much more friendly and helpful, and it's made a world of a difference in my experience at the pharmacy. It's been a few months now, and the positive change remains! I think it's a job requirement for Walgreens pharmacy techs to hate their job....They always seem so irritated to have to interact with people, let alone when I ask any questions. I used this pharmacy for many years strictly because of location and drive through convenience, but dreaded engaging with the pharmacy techs because I felt like a nuisance for simply picking up my prescriptions.
