We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ro and her team at Spring Orthodontics. She treated my son, and from start to finish, the care, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Dr. Ro is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and made sure my son felt comfortable and confident throughout his treatment. The results speak for themselves as his teeth are aligned, straight and beautiful. Moreover, she actually completed his treatment ahead of schedule, which exceeded our expectations. The office is welcoming, efficient and transparent and it is clear that Dr. Ro truly cares about her patients and their outcomes. My 10 year old child needed an expander and upper braces, to help create space for a tooth to descend. We chose Spring Orthodontics because the office had a calm and kind vibe - not too hyper, like we saw at other offices. The doctors and office staff were very kind and helpful. We had no problems making appointments and free street parking was always available. This office also had the best pricing, when we quoted out at a couple of places. They were accurate in quoting out the length of the process and were just wonderful to work with! My son's teeth look great and I am very pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Just wrapped up 11 months of Invisalign treatment with Spring Orthodontics. Dr Ro and her entire team were great! Very customer centric and excellent practitioners in their trade. Very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend them.

At my appointment for a consultation yesterday, I found a well-lit, clean and comfortable facility. I was treated with courtesy and respect by the staff. It felt casual and relaxed, like being among friends. The consultation went well. After reviewing the x-rays and digital photos taken by her assistant, Dr. Ro said she did not see a need for orthodontics :-)

Dr. Ro is currently treating my 3 children with promising results. My middle child was previously with an airway dentist but shortly after I moved him over to Dr. Ro because I was unsatisfied with the protocol after expansion. I consulted Dr. Ro and she gave me her honest opinion and I felt more comfortable with her dental plan. The staff at Spring Ortho are friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Spring Orthodontics.
