Walgreens Pharmacy

They are not open from 1:30-2:00pm every day, although you would not know that until you make a trip there.

Most of the pharmacy employees seems unhappy, cold, unresponsive. Not sure if it is Walgreens working conditions or the employees. Have been coming here for 4 years, always walk in rather than drive-through. Often have to wait even when no one is in front of me, and rarely any simple acknowledgment of "will be with you". Forget about getting answers, the replies are always we don't know, ask your insurance company, and usually said frustratingly. Will try to switch to another pharmacy regardless of price.

Opened right on time 😎 - the female that was attending to me was super nice and expeditious with my prescription 😭 I appreciated that so much - was happy to have had her for my pharmacy experience today 😁

Horrible pharmacy and terrible customer service. It is unfortunate that the people who work here do not want to help any of their customers. I have gone here over a year and kept expecting a different experience. Do not go to this pharmacy and expect good service.

The only Walgreens I can truly rely on. Hands down best Walgreens pharmacy in Austin, I drive out of my way.
