The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center

I usually have a rough time when getting an IV, but the nurse administered a local anesthetic beforehand that made it painless and easy. It was this attention to detail and thoughtful care that made my visit here truly the best time I've ever had in a hospital. Cannot recommend highly enough 🙏

Without a doubt one of the best if not the best hospital I've ever been in. The level of detail in this place is awesomeness, everything is for the patients well being. Quality is peak. Staff is educated. I still remember when Mr Rip Miller gave me a shout out! Awesome Sauce!! Thank You Staff et al., and the Drs who help people achieve their goals 🙌🏾

I had surgery done here on October 1st and stayed until October 6th. My experience was that some nurses didn't really want to do their jobs. At one point I had used the call light twice due to pain and no one came, until I was in so much pain I was shaking and my wife went into the hallway to find somebody. The nurse that came in after my wife went out yelled at my wife for going out into the hallway. A couple nurses belittled me because of my pain, especially when it was my first time getting up and walking and it was extremely painful to the point I almost passed out twice. I will say the food is fantastic, the night nurse I believe her name was Christine she was absolutely wonderful the three nights that I had her. Czarina Javier and Irma are fantastic nurses! Their attention to detail, compassion, and professionalism helped ease my nerves and made me feel safe throughout the entire ALIF recovery process. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend this hospital.

I was here during October. A big thank you to the very kind and thoughtful staff, doctors, and nurses who were there whenever I needed them during my stay, especially Christine, Beth, and Eva. They went above and beyond and made me feel in good hands. God bless you There were some nurses that weren't "there most of the time and didn't care much and I wish they replace them."
