Walgreens Pharmacy

I've never had a problem getting any of my prescriptions. I always give the pharmacist and their helpers some patience and a smile as they work very hard to get us what we need. When in doubt about any of my prescriptions, the pharmacist is always happy to answer my questions.

The pharmacy is great here. Usually I don't have to call and even check if they are filling it, they are! Excellent service love the pharmacist here is so kind and understanding and sticks to what he says!

Pharmacy was very helpful and was in and out in just a couple minutes. They are also doing free COVID testing in the drive thru as well.

If you actually need your prescriptions I would not recommend going here. They will randomly cancel your prescriptions without telling you, claim that there’s a “computer glitch” and that halfway through your refills you’ll just need to call your doctor and send them a new prescription for zero reason other than Walgreens’ own error. They will also not help you with any of that and will send you away without your medications, telling you to come back another time. At least that’s what happened to me.

If you actually need your meds don't come here. I've waited 2 days for a prescription of simple antibiotics my doctor called in because usually that's much faster than going to urgent care. Not if you use Wenatchee Walgreens apparently. Waited so long because they kept saying it would "be done soon" I had to go get treated at the ER because I have a bad infection that nearly turned sepsis because of them taking so long to fill one simple script. Won't be coming back here again, I gave them multiple chances and they've messed up every single one of my scripts. I've used Walgreens for years in multiple states and this is the only one that's been severely unreliable. So disappointing.
