Walgreens Pharmacy

Female pharmacist I spoke with was extremely condescending and rude. She should not be working with the public with an attitude like that. She showed absolutely no grace or patience. Very disappointed with the customer service I received today.

Have always used walgreens pharmacy after today ill just stick with CVS. Never had such a rude disrespectfull and unprofessional experience until today.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and accommodating aside from one or two ladies that always seem to be in a bad mood ( I just wait for the nice workers ). I didn’t have a choice in switching pharmacies but it has been a somewhat good experience. They often need reminding on when to autofill prescriptions even when you’re signed up for the autofill service but other than that it’s fairly good.

Extremely disappointed in the service I recently had at this Wal-Greens. When I pulled up to pick up my prescription I specifically asked the pharmacist not to fill one of the prescriptions and to keep that one on hold. Clearly the pharmacist did not listen to because they filled both prescriptions and when my husband went to pick it up he came home with both of them. The second one was expensive which is why I was waiting to fill it. When we called to try to rectify the problem the pharmacist was extremely rude about it to me and my husband and they refused to take the medicine back. So now I’m stuck with an expensive medicine that I may not need. We will take our business elsewhere in the future.

While I would not usually review a store like Walgreens, as someone who is local, I am not only thrilled to have a Walgreens finally in the area but also incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, variety of goods, and great attitudes of the staff. This building used to house a Rite Aide, which declined in quality and popularity, particularly when a CVS was installed across the street. Making this location a Walgreens and overhauling it completely was definitely the way to go! I have always preferred Walgreens for my quick shopping and my pharmacy needs when I lived in Metro Atlanta. I have been going only to CVS until this location opened. This Walgreens instantly became my favorite drugstore as it was steadily contained everything I had been looking for, especially in regards to unique
