Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy doesn’t know what they are doing I called in on Monday to get a refill they told me it would be ready by Wednesday, got a call on Wednesday telling me it was ready went to go pick it up wasn’t even in the system for a refill they had nothing and telling me that I needed to get more refills from the doctor which I already did and they sent it over a month prior. Terrible service the lady was very rude seems like she don’t even want to help don’t go here!!

My sister used it all the time, no issues. An item I wanted had a sale sign buy one get one free. The sale was over but someone forgot to take the sign down. Since I asked about it, they honored the deal for me!

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. First of all, they Wrote wrong dosing on one of my child’s medications. Doctor wrote the script for once a day, the pharmacy wrote it for twice a day! Thankfully called the pediatrician to check it. Before I noticed the dosing was wrong i Came here again the next day around 7pm to fill two prescriptions for my other two sick kids who had a fever, with strep throat. Lady who helped scanned the prescriptions and said she entered them in the system. Said it was a two hour wait. I said I couldn’t wait two hours with sick kids. Another lady jumped in and said she was the only one there who could fill the prescription but “F4” it and she would work on it and do her best. Sat down and waited for about 35 mins. I stood in the Consultation line of the pharmacy as techs walked past me without a word, only helping the 2-3 people in the drop-off pick up line. Stood in Consultation- as the only person in line- for 12 minutes until a tech finally asked what I needed. A simple flu shot. I was then told I’d have to stand in the drop-off/pick-up line for prescriptions to wait for my flu shot which had now, in the time they spent ignoring me, reached to a 9 person line. Get it together.

I just moved in the area and everyone is so nice here. Then I ask someone to check for a specific product for me at this Walgreens...and without missing a beat she says I don't have that. Um, I'm sorry how do you know. You didn't even take a second to think about it or check for me. I wish I caught her name. I've worked in customer service before, she could have been less brash and more willing to just look. It's not that much of an inconvenience. Thanks for making me feel like that. Go to a different pharmacy where people treat you like a person. I can't say I know what the rest of the employees are like but this one was rude enough.
