Walgreens Pharmacy

Always one thing or another, they can’t staff for counting and then it will be ready after 1/2 hr in lines then they say it not ready although web app says ready before I got in car. I have called corporate several times - It doesn’t matter - there are a few nice ones but very very few in pharmacy - I take min. 8rx daily and they are really ((((pushing your rx to be sitting on your porch (((delivery)))) as a retired customer associate - and 1 medical degree and worked in SLU - St. Louis - off Grand, but was vision care. I have called Main Central Corporate with the many many problems and I refuse to go Mailing System while it gets stolen or freeze/Fry on porch. I have called Corporate - I am pretty sure my call doesn’t matter - But I did call regional CVC for this area and stated Walgre

I’ve had consistently negative experiences with this pharmacy. The understaffing is obvious—wait times are unreasonable, and when you finally get to the counter, the staff are belligerent and dismissive rather than helpful. What’s worse is their attitude toward prescriptions: if a medication is expensive, they assume you can’t afford it. If it isn’t covered by insurance, they don’t even give you the option to pay out of pocket—they simply dispense it to someone else. That practice is not only insulting but unacceptable. The staff are unfriendly and rude, and they never fulfill commitments on time. Promises about when prescriptions will be ready are meaningless here. Overall, this pharmacy shows a complete lack of respect for patients and their needs. I would strongly recommend avoiding

Horrible, I just stood in "line" for 15 min behind one person. They then told me they had nothing for me. I insisted. She finally agreed and said "oh it just came in (i watched the doctor send it hours ago), do you need to wait for it" I said yes and she said it will be atleast 30 min." There was nobody else waiting and one person just finishing in the drive through. And there were atleast 2 people "working" back there.

After extraordinarily bad customer service I was told I would have to come inside that I was holding.up.the line I informed the girl I had mobility issues preventing that..before I left without my medicine. My suggestion would be to take care of t he.patron at t h e window to t h e best of your ability.

I would love to give walgreens pharmacy ZERO stars. I should not have to wait a month for my son's insulin. The pharmacy always has problems filling prescription or only partial of your prescription and have you pay for it then cancel the rest of your order. Tired to talk to someone in the pharmacy and she had a hard time talking on the phone you could not understand her so her because she mumbles and then she put you back on hold 2 more time then at the back of the line on hold.
