Absolutely amazing! These people have looked at me and treated me like family the whole time I have been with the company for over 7 years now! They work with direct meds who are scamming people out of their money. They charged my account after I told them not to send my prescription and to cancel my account. Then I got an email an hour later saying they couldn't give my money back because my medicine had already shipped and was delivered 4 days later. I get an email now saying it just shipped from Crafted Rx today after it was delivered .Maybe you should look for another company to do business with.

After calling in, the staff was very friendly and prompt to assist my needs, even calling the next day to check in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Really appreciate the extra care and good customer service. Thank you!

The prescription for my toenail fungus came in 2 parts, one liquid, the other in a pump. The liquid is fine. The pump didn't work. When I called to give the message, I was instructed to pump 50 times, then bang it 5 times. No change. I opened it and found almost hard cream (?).asked for refund. No luck. "Take many pictures so pharmacist can see problem." Finally sent new bottle of cream. Everyone very pleasant and courteous. Also rigid in refusing refund. Very unhappy customer

Hadn't heard of them, rec'd by my Doc. Used HSA, saved some dough and ordering process was painless. I'll take it.
