Walgreens Pharmacy

The Pharmacy reviews are accurate. Made an appt for a vaccine, arrived on time and checked in using their QR code. Waited 15 minutes before being called up to answer more questions and was then told it'd be another 15 to 20 minute wait because "people were ahead of me." No one had been taken care of the entire time I was there, despite multiple people behind the counter, what looked like a dedicated nurse who was just waiting to be given the vaccines to administer, AND the Pharmacy supervisor was visiting as well. They seemed very polite but more interested in socializing than serving any of the 4 or 5 people waiting. Avoid if possible. I'll stick with CVS.

Pharmacy is awful. Nothing is ever ready when they say it is, going here is an exercise in frustration. Staff is friendly though. They want to help, but alas it cannot overcome the malaise that is Walgreens.

The store is clean, stocked and staff actually says hi and speaks and not on their cell phones. Peking is super easy that’s the best part. Used pharmacy a while back for shingles shots and they were efficient.

The guy that was working the night of 09/19 claimed he couldn’t take my passport photos even though the other workers said he could. Makes no sense to me how an employee could be this lazy.

Prescription called in during the morning. Stopped in at 4:20pm and was told they won’t process it until the next day. The medicine is there but I’m told I have to wait until tomorrow for it to be processed. Poor customer service.
